Vendor Information

Guidelines for New Vendors
  • Your goods must be homegrown or homemade from a local farm/garden, workshop, kitchen, studio, etc.  No reselling (except see note on vintage goods)
  • We apologize but we do not accept multi-level-marketing resellers from companies like Lularoe or Young Living Essential Oil, etc.

If you are interested learning more about becoming a vendor get in touch by email.

Notes for Vendors
  • This is a pop-up style market, please bring your own table, chairs and pop-up tent against the sun or rain if you have it.  We usually have an extra on hand if you don't have one, but it is first come first serve.  Borrowing a tent is especially appropriate for vendors who want to try out selling at a market before investing in a tent themselves. There is parking on the premises.
  • We meet in sun and rain. In the case of severe rain we might cancel. Please make sure you are signed up on our vendors listserv if you want to be in the loop about possible cancellations.  This is most appropriate for vendors who come multiple times.
  • The elementary school lets us use their lawn for the market, please make sure we keep it spotless after each market.

Guidelines for tabling and non-profit/fundraising groups
We love to accommodate folks that would like to table for a cause. Please note that we can not allow tables that generate a profit for a corporation.  We cannot accommodate any groups that do not provide equal access to all, nor groups with a religious mission.
